Shipping & Pickup
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at an AlterSlim Store, or have them delivered directly to your door. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery, pickup, and managing your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free on all orders. AlterSlim.com uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you’ll see your item description, price and delivery timing.
Guaranteed shipping services
Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order, for an additional fee:
- Courier Delivery → Delivers on the same day, within two hours (available during business hours on select items, to certain zip codes)
- Guaranteed Next Day Shipping → Delivers in one business day
- Guaranteed Next Day Shipping, before noon → Delivers before noon the day after the product is available
Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order. A signature may be required for delivery.
Available to Ship Time
The ‘Available to ship’ time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. For example, if an item displays “Available to ship: 1 business day” the item will leave our warehouse 1 business day after you place your order. While AlterSlim.com works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, more popular items may have longer ship times.
Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times.
The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.
You can find delivery costs at checkout, on the Order Confirmation email and online when you view your order on the My Account website.
- Average transit time is 2-5 days.
- Carriers deliver to Culebra and Vieques twice per week.
- Overnight shipping is available to some zip codes for an additional cost.
Once your order is placed, we send information about your order by email. The email you receive depends on whether you chose to have the items delivered or picked up. If you have multiple items on your order, you may receive additional emails for each item.
The order acknowledgement email provides a summary of the items on your order. If you chose to have an item delivered, the order acknowledgement will display the delivery address and a Delivers date. You can click this to view your order status in online Order Status. For pickup items on your order, the email will display your selected AlterSlim Store location. If you have designated someone else to pick up the item for you, the email will also display your pickup contact.
If you chose to have an item delivered, we’ll send a shipment notification email when the item leaves our warehouse. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
If you purchase an AlterSlim Gift Card by email, we’ll send you an email notification once we send the gift card to the recipient.
Once your items are available at the AlterSlim Store, we’ll send a pickup notification email.
We’ll send a reminder email if your item is still waiting to be picked up.
